Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to manage and oversee multi-store retail operations. The role involves ensuring smooth store functioning, staff discipline, sales target achievement, and adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned stores and conduct regular visits/audits
• Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of store targets
• Supervise staff attendance, discipline, and shift management
• Handle staff issues and ensure proper team coordination
• Monitor stock availability, shrinkage, billing, and cash handling
• Ensure store presentation, VM, and cleanliness standards
• Act as a link between Head Office and stores, sharing regular updates and reports
• Resolve operational challenges and take timely business decisions

Key Requirements:

• Experience in multi-store retail operations
• Strong team handling and target-driving skills
• Knowledge of store SOPs, inventory control, and attendance systems
• Good communication skills and willingness to travel
• Apparel/kidswear retail experience preferred
