Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- :Generate leads and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Visit industrial, commercial, and institutional clients for solar rooftop & EPC sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build strong relationships with channel partners, consultants, and clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal, design, and project execution
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
- Report sales performance and market insights to the Regional Head
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in solar project sales (compulsory)
- Strong network in industrial / commercial solar segment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven with leadership potential
- Must have own vehicle for client visits
