Job Description

  • Monitor and achieve sales targets across 3-5 stores/sites by coaching store managers, analyzing daily/weekly reports, and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Conduct regular field visits for audits (inventory accuracy, visual merchandising, customer service standards) and ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality norms.
  • Manage manpower: recruitment, training, performance reviews, and conflict resolution for store supervisors/executives; optimize staffing based on footfall/seasonal peaks.
  • Coordinate procurement/logistics between cluster outlets and central warehouse, minimizing stock variances and ensuring product availability (e.g., stationert stock, stationery supplies).
