Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Promote and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting key benefits and value.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals effectively.
- Manage sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, accounts, marketing) for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and share regular updates with management.
- Participate in tenders, institutional sales, and government business (if applicable).
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
