Job Description – Fitter (Assembly)

Job Title:Fitter – Assembly

Location:Indin Inovatix Ltd Dantali GIDC Lapkaman Vadsar Road

• Key Responsibilities:Assemble machine components and products as per engineering drawings
• Read and interpret technical drawings, BOM, and work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools for fitting and assembly work
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and fitting of parts
• Maintain quality standards during assembly
• Assist in inspection and testing of assembled products
• Report any issues or deviations to the supervisor
• Perform rework or corrections as required
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Skills Required:Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Hands-on experience with tools (spanners, drills, grinders, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, scale)
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and discipline

• Qualification:ITI (Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Experience:1–5 years of experience in assembly / manufacturing industry
• Other Requirements:Physically fit for shopfloor work
• Willingness to work overtime or on-site if required
• Basic knowledge of industrial safety
• Reporting To:Production Supervisor / Assembly Incharge
• Working Hours: 8 hr 9:15 to 5:45
• Salary: 20,000 to 28,000
