Job Description
Assemble agitators, mixers, gearboxes, and mechanical components as per drawing and work instructions.
Perform fitting, drilling, tapping, grinding, and alignment of parts during assembly.
Ensure proper installation of bearings, shafts, seals, and couplings.
Work closely with the Quality and Production teams to ensure accurate assembly and adherence to quality standards.
Conduct pre-dispatch inspection and assist in equipment testing and trial runs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and the cleanliness of the assembly area.
Assist in troubleshooting during assembly and provide support for field service or site installation when required.
