પદનું નામ: ફિટર

ઓવરવ્યૂજનરલ સ્ટાફ ફિટર શોપફ્લોર પર મિકેનિકલ ઓપરેશન્સમાં ફિટિંગ, એસેમ્બલી અને સપોર્ટ માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે. આ ભૂમિકા હેઠળ ટૂલ્સ હેન્ડલ કરવી, મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ એસેમ્બલીમાં મદદ કરવી, મશીન ઓપરેશનમાં સપોર્ટ આપવો અને તમામ કામ ગુણવત્તા તથા સલામતીના ધોરણો મુજબ થાય તે સુનિશ્ચિત કરવું સમાવેશ થાય છે.

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ

• સૂચનાઓ મુજબ વાલ્વના ઘટકોનું ફિટિંગ, એસેમ્બલી અને ઇન્સ્ટોલેશન કરવું
• મશીન સેટઅપ, ઓપરેશન અને મૂળભૂત મેન્ટેનન્સ પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં મદદ કરવી
• હેન્ડ ટૂલ્સ, પાવર ટૂલ્સ અને માપન સાધનોને સુરક્ષિત અને ચોક્કસ રીતે ઉપયોગમાં લેવાં
• મિકેનિકલ ભાગોની મૂળભૂત અલાઇનમેન્ટ, ટાઈટનિંગ અને એડજસ્ટમેન્ટ કરવી
• હંમેશા સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ ઓપરેટિંગ પ્રોસિજર (SOP) અને સલામતીના માર્ગદર્શકોનું પાલન કરવું
• દૈનિક ઉત્પાદન અને ગુણવત્તાના લક્ષ્યાંકો હાંસલ કરવામાં પ્રોડક્શન ટીમને સહાય કરવી
• કામના વિસ્તારની સ્વચ્છતા અને શિસ્ત (5S પ્રેક્ટિસ) જાળવવી
• કોઈપણ મશીન ખામી, દોષ અથવા સલામતી સંબંધિત સમસ્યાઓ સુપરવાઇઝરને જાણ કરવી

આવશ્યકતાઓ:ITI

• (ફિટર) અથવા સંબંધિત ટ્રેડમાં સર્ટિફિકેટ
• મેન્યુફેક્ચરિંગ અથવા મિકેનિકલ એસેમ્બલી ક્ષેત્રમાં ઓછામાં ઓછો 1 વર્ષનો અનુભવ
• મિકેનિકલ ડ્રોઇંગ અને ફિટિંગ પ્રક્રિયાની મૂળભૂત સમજ
• હેન્ડ ટૂલ્સ અને મૂળભૂત માપન સાધનો ચલાવવાની ક્ષમતા
• શોપફ્લોર પર કામ કરવા માટે શારીરિક રીતે ફિટ અને તૈયાર હોવું

Job Role - Fitter

Overview

The General Staff Fitter will be responsible for fitting, assembling, and supporting mechanical operations on the shop floor. The role involves handling tools, assisting in manufacturing assembly, supporting machine operations, and ensuring work is carried out as per quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out fitting, assembly, and installation of valve components as per instructions

Assist in machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance activities

Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and accurately

Perform basic alignment, tightening, and adjustment of mechanical parts

Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines at all times

Support production teams in meeting daily output and quality targets

Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area (5S practices)

Report any machine faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

ITI certification in Fitter or relevant trade

1 years of experience in a manufacturing or mechanical assembly environment

Basic understanding of mechanical drawings and fitting procedures

Ability to operate hand tools and basic measuring instruments

Physically fit and willing to work in shopfloor conditions
