• Responsible for disposing of stressed assets. • Engaging with brokers and buyers in the assigned location. • Marketing properties through various mediums. • Assisting buyers in smoothly closing transactions.  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Conducting market research to identify potential buyers and market trends. • Preparing and presenting asset disposal reports to management. • Managing relationships with external legal vendors and brokers. • Negotiating terms and conditions of asset sales. • Ensuring all documentation and legal formalities are completed accurately and timely.
