Qualifications:-


Minimum Experience of 3 Years at the post of Assistant Branch Manager. Must have BPO experience.

An overall experience of 8 to 10 years is required in Telesales is required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience working as a Health Insurance Branch Manager.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in telesales preferred.

Ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong managerial and sales skills.

Sound knowledge of insurance industry regulations and practices.

Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Prepare MIS Reports and Manage Database Sourcing and Utilization.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance or management.

Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial.

Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Recruit and train the team on Product and Telesales techniques.

Manage Productivity and Performance of Telesales agents and Team Leaders.

Close sales from leads generated by the Team Members.

Manager operational and Back-end activities.
