Job Overview

We are looking for a vigilant and process-driven Assistant CRM Executive to manage the flow of farmer leads across our supply chain network. You will act as the central bridge between our ground operations (Field Supervisors) and our conversion team (Tele-callers).

Your primary objective is to ensure data integrity. You will be responsible for validating leads generated by supervisors across 15 collection centers in 9 districts of Gujarat, eliminating low-quality or fake entries, and managing the tele-calling team to maximize farmer conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Quality

Assurance (The Gatekeeper)●      Validate Field Data: Audit incoming leads (phone numbers and farmer details) submitted by Field Supervisors to ensure they are genuine and complete.

●      Detect Malpractice: actively identify patterns of "fake," duplicate, or invalid leads submitted solely to meet field targets.

●      Feedback Loop: Provide immediate, data-backed feedback to Field Supervisors and Area Managers regarding the quality of data from their respective collection centers.

2. Data

Management & Segmentation●      Centralized Database Management: Maintain a clean master database of farmers, segmented by district, crop type, and harvest potential and selling funnels.

●      Sanitization: Perform daily data cleaning to correct formatting errors before leads are assigned to callers.

3. Tele-calling

Team Management●      Lead Assignment: Distribute validated leads to the tele-calling team based on caller strengths.

●      Target Setting: Define daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals for each caller.

●      Performance Monitoring: Track caller activity (Call Duration, Connected Calls, Positive Responses) and ensure the calls meet company standards.

4. Strategy &

Conversion Optimization●      Conversion Analysis: Analyze why certain districts or collection centers have lower conversion rates and propose strategies to fix it.

●      Incentive Structure: Assist in designing targets and incentive plans for callers to boost motivation and results.

●      Reporting: Publish various weekly reports highlighting the "Lead-to-Conversion" ratio, flagging high-performing districts and under-performing field units.

Requirements●      Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, Data Analysis, or Telesales coordination (experience in Agriculture/Agri-tech is a strong plus).

●      Technical Skills:

○      Advanced Excel: Ability to use VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting to spot data anomalies is mandatory.

○      CRM Tools: Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared) or strong capability in managing data via Google Sheets.

●      Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati (to communicate with field staff and understand farmer nuances) and Hindi/English for reporting.

●      Key Traits:

○      Skeptical Eye: Ability to spot fake data/manipulation.

○      Process-Oriented: Can stick to strict validation protocols.

○      Leadership: Ability to drive performance from a tele-calling team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)●      Data Accuracy %: Reduction in invalid/unreachable numbers entering the system.

●      Caller Productivity: Average number of effective calls per day per agent.

●      Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads successfully onboarded/converted.
