We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our business.

About the Role:

• Identify, develop and nurture connections with prospective clients, stakeholders, and industry partners who are exploring real estate solutions such as space acquisition or divestment, with the goal of expanding our business.

• Manage key accounts, addressing their needs and proactively delivering solutions for satisfaction and loyalty.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

• Engage in cold calling basis the market intel to uncover business opportunities and gather requirements.

• Use strong communication skills to convey our value proposition to clients and partners.

• Assist in creating compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts.

• Present solutions to clients in a persuasive and engaging manner & help with securing the space by managing the transaction.

• Conduct Market survey, analyse real estate developments within the market, mapping of the existing markets, information gathering of the property owners. • Helping the team with Market Overviews, Client Presentations, RFP & Pitch Documents.

About You:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record in business development.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in business development or Transactions within the real estate industry.

• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

• Proven relationship-building skills at all levels.

• Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and client visits within Gujarat & PAN India.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
