Job Purpose: Executive - DSM Dispatch, Scheduling and Coordinating is responsible for supporting DSM dispatch and scheduling activities, including validation of schedules and preparation of reports. The role assists in the reconciliation of discrepancies, helps with invoicing, and provides backup for MIS preparation.
DSM Calculation and Validation:
Assist in the daily calculation and validation of DSM & Reactive Energy charges for CTU plants across NR/SR/WR regions, including specific projects.
Support the preparation of supporting files for DSM calculation and validation for CTU plants in NR ,WR & SR regions.
Commercial settlement of our plant as well other generator through internal/ external QCA for CTU project (DSM aggregation of CTU project)
Daily and Monthly MIS Reporting:
Prepare daily DSM MIS for CTU projects, ensuring all required data is compiled, validated, and documented accurately.
Provide support in preparing monthly DSM MIS reports, ensuring timely submission of data and any supporting files.
Data Validation and Verification:
Assist in verifying REA schedules with WBES/QCA submitted schedules for CTU projects across various regions, ensuring accurate matching and reporting.
Ensure DSM validation aligns with the official statements and provide necessary support in discrepancy resolution.
Supporting DSM Activities:
Collect and validate data required for DSM calculations, including REMC schedules and actual generation data, ensuring data availability one day before statement publishing.
Provide support for weekly invoicing and billing activities, ensuring accurate invoicing for STOA projects on a timely basis.
Coordination and Documentation:
Assist in the verification of schedules for CTU projects, ensuring that data is accurate and properly documented.
Support in resolving discrepancies related to DSM, REA, and STOA invoicing by coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders.
Support on Internal Department work:
Assist in the internal department related routine work.

Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field is required.
Certifications in project management or energy management are preferred.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in dispatch and scheduling within the energy sector.
Strong knowledge of DSM activities and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to manage scheduling operations effectively.
