Assistant Manager - ABEX

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Align with business objectives and interact with BU for matter concerning Financial statements
  • Timely closing of monthly/quarterly/annual books of accounts
  • Liaise with statutory auditors for limited reviews and annual closure
  • Ensure timely filing of XBRL & other statutory filings as per accounting policies
  • Provide ad-hoc data support to BU's with respects to financials
  • Liaise with tax consultants on regular basis in respect of various tax compliances, tax advisory, tax representation and tax litigations
  • Preparation of audit schedules in line with Statutory liabilities , desired format by auditors/BU's and responsible for closure of audit queries

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance
  • 0 to 3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Ind AS, Sch III requirements, CARO compliance, Related Party Transactions, GST & Income Tax, SEBI LODR
  • Knowledge of SAP
