Assistant Manager - ABEX

Responsibilities

Operations Management: Execute financial transactions on time to prevent any delays. Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless operations.

Trade Finance Process Governance & Risk Mitigation: Follow standardized processes for trade finance operations. Identify potential risks and suggest preventive measures. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement solutions for process efficiency. Support automation and digital solutions to streamline trade finance processes.

Training & Development: Participate in training programs to stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance requirements. Seek opportunities for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

Digital mindset: Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications

 

Educational Qualification:
BBA / B.OM/ MBA (Finance) / ICWA / Inter CA / CFA or equivalent in Financial Management.

Work Experience: 
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Banking operations 

Industry: Preferably from a Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Finance Industry with experience In Banking operation.
