Assistant Manager-Admin & Security
Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
Oversee the security team and ensure proper deployment and management of security personnel.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans.
Manage the administration of the facility, including vendor management, procurement, and facility maintenance.
Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to establish effective response plans for various scenarios.
Lead and train the security and administrative teams to ensure adherence to standards and protocols.
Handle crisis management and emergency response situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Prepare and manage the security and administration budget, ensuring cost-effective measures without compromising safety.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security and facility management.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, staff, and external partners to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
