Assistant Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in Tax Compliances, Assessments, Litigations, Representations before tax authorities, Drafting Skills and review of replies/ submissions, M&A.
  • Strong Experience in Tax Governance, MIS reporting, ICDS Impact Analysis and International Taxation, Review of GST returns, Annual GST audits, Various SCN
  •  Liasoning with statutory/ Internal auditors and external consultants for Tax & Transfer Pricing audits including Tax returns, Tax assessments 
  • Working Knowledge of Financial Analysis and IndAS
  • Candidates having SAP Knowledge and consulting background will be additional advantage

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications -

  • Required Experience: 0 to 5 years
  • Mandatory Qualification - CA , MBA Finance
  • CA /CA (Inter)/M.Com/B.Com
