Assistant Manager - Data Analytics

• Develop and maintain responsive, high‑quality front‑end applications using React and Next.js.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs with Node.js or Django, ensuring compliance with OWASP Top 10 standards.
• Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC) and enforce security best practices (input validation, rate limiting, secure headers).
• Architect and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and transactions using MySQL/SQL for performance and reliability.
• Building data pipelines, ETL processes, and working with big data/cloud data platforms (Azure & GCP).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) to enable automated testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile environments to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver projects end‑to‑end.
• Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git for collaborative development.
• Optimize application performance, monitor reliability, and implement caching strategies where needed.
• Drive adherence to coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure comprehensive code documentation using JSDoc, Swagger/OpenAPI, and maintain clear API specifications.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system scalability and security.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with deep experience in React and Next.js.
• Proven expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs with advanced security measures.
• Solid understanding of MySQL/SQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization).
• Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., SQL, ETL, data modeling, cloud data services)
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated deployment workflows.
• Familiarity with JSDoc, Swagger/OpenAPI for documentation.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Ability to work with Node.js and flexibility to deliver back‑end services in Python/Django.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to own projects from concept to deployment.

• Broader Python skills for scripting, automation, or data tasks.
• Advanced cloud capabilities, including serverless architecture and managed services.
• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
• Familiarity with caching (Redis) and messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) for unit and integration testing.
