Assistant Manager - Internal Tower Design

Responsibilities

The Internal Tower Design Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing and designing internal tower structures, including platforms, lifts, and ladders, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate internal tower designs with overall turbine system requirements
• Conducting structural analysis and assessment of tower components to optimize performance and reliability
• Creating detailed technical specifications and documentation for internal tower designs
• Overseeing the implementation of welding techniques and processes for internal tower components
• Providing technical support and guidance to manufacturing and construction teams during the fabrication and installation of tower components
• Continuously evaluating and enhancing internal tower design processes to drive innovation and efficiency
• Participating in design reviews, risk assessments, and quality control activities to ensure the integrity of tower structures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
