Assistant Manager-Marketing(Branding)

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategy while ensuring adherence to
guidelines.
Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision for all marketing campaigns, ensuring
consistency and alignment with the brand.
Creative Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across print, digital, and experiential
platforms.
Visual Assets & Compliance: Manage 2D/3D renders, layout plans, master plans, and
walkthroughs. Ensure all collaterals comply with RERA and industry standards.
Influencer Collaborations & Shoots: Identify and coordinate with influencers, oversee
photo/video shoots, and deliver high-quality content for marketing.
Content Management: Lead content creation for social media, advertising, and
promotional materials.
Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
marketing strategies, project timelines, and brand objectives.
Marketing Checklist: Create and manage comprehensive marketing checklists for various
projects to ensure all aspects of branding and communication are executed effectively.
Budget Management: Monitor and optimize budgets for marketing campaigns.
Market Trends: Conduct research to ensure competitiveness and alignment with customer
preferences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
