Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL): Adani Total Gas Limited is a prominent entity in India's energy sector, specializing in the distribution of natural gas. It operates as a joint venture between the Adani Group and TotalEnergies.

ATGL is actively involved in the development of City Gas Distribution (CGD) networks, supplying Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to domestic, commercial, and industrial users, as well as Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) to the transport sector. The company has established CGD networks in various regions, including Ahmedabad and Vadodara in Gujarat, Faridabad in Haryana, and Khurja in Uttar Pradesh. JOB PURPOSE

This role is responsible for managing one or two projects within a specific region, ensuring compliance, progress monitoring, and issue resolution. This role manages operational aspects of project execution in coordination with EPC partners.

Lead - Projects - HO - O3

Project Management:

  • Manage daily project activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines
  • Coordinate material, manpower, and machinery availability for seamless execution.
  • Deliver assigned projects on time and within budget by coordinating closely with EPC partners and internal teams.
  • Track project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions where deviations occur.
  • Ensure project handover is completed seamlessly with all documentation and operational readiness in place.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure timely acquisition of statutory permissions, including Factory Licenses, Fire NOCs, and municipal clearances, achieving zero delays.
  • Enforce site-level adherence to safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
  • Identify risks and enforce risk mitigation measures in the assigned region/s.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and incident logs, ensuring transparency and audit readiness.
  • Report weekly progress to the Regional Head - Projects, highlighting potential risks and challenges.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate material, manpower, and machinery availability for seamless execution.
  • Coordinate with Regional Head - Projects to align on objectives and escalate any major delays or roadblocks.
  • Liaise effectively with relevant external stakeholders to secure approvals and clearances within defined timelines.

Educational Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related specialization.

Work Experience:

Relevant experience of 3+ years, preferably in a project management role, in CBG or biofuel segment.

Preferred Industry:

Experience in the CBG industry is preferred.
