Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level technical and managerial roles within the Power sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Adani’s cultural values

. - Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR partners to understand workforce planning needs, skill requirements, and future talent demands specific to power generation, transmission, and related operations

. - Develop and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies including campus recruitment, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring to build a robust talent pipeline.

 - Utilize market intelligence and recruitment analytics to identify talent trends, assess recruitment effectiveness, and recommend improvements

. - Drive employer branding initiatives to position Adani as an employer of choice in the Power industry, highlighting the company’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and employee growth

. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and industry forums to expand sourcing networks

. - Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, ensuring their skills are continuously upgraded and aligned with the latest industry practices

. - Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies related to recruitment, diversity, and equal opportunity employment.

 - Facilitate and coordinate candidate assessments, interviews, and offer negotiations while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

 - Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging technologies in talent acquisition, and evolving labor market dynamics in the Power sector

 - Support strategic HR projects related to workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - A Master’s degree or MBA in HR/Business will be an added advantage.
