Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of telemarketing executives

• Allocate daily calling targets and monitor performance

• Drive lead generation, appointment setting & Contract achievements

• Monitor call quality, scripts & customer interaction standards

• Provide regular coaching, feedback & performance evaluations

• Conduct daily meetings and performance review sessions

• Ensure adherence to compliance, company policy & process guidelines

• Handle escalations & resolve customer queries effectively

• Coordinate with sales & operations teams for closures
