Job Description

  • Manage and expand the assigned sales territory to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective performance objectives.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with industries, distributors, sellers, and traders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the territory in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to successfully close sales deals.

  • Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong credit control across customer accounts.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to strengthen engagement.
  • Evaluate distributor and dealer performance, recommending corrective or growth-oriented measures.
  • Maintain updated customer records and ensure effective utilization of CRM tools.
  • Support management in regional budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand presence.
