Associate General Manager-NOC

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Own end‑to‑end Network Security Architecture and Strategy across IT, cloud, and internet‑facing environments
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of Firewalls, CASB, NAC, WAF, DNS Security, Proxy and Network Segmentation
• Define and maintain secure network architecture standards, reference designs, and technology roadmaps
• Ensure policy‑driven access control, zero‑trust principles, and secure connectivity for users, applications, and workloads
• Provide technical leadership for network security operations, risk remediation, and major incident support
• Drive integration of network security controls with SOC, SIEM, IAM, and Cloud Security platforms
• Govern configuration baselines, rule lifecycle management, exception handling, and periodic security reviews
• Partner with IT, Cloud, Application, and Business teams to enable secure digital transformation
• Manage vendors, technology upgrades, capacity planning, and cost optimization for network security tools
• Mentor and lead specialized teams across Firewall, NAC, WAF, and Network Security Operations
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Network Security Architecture
• Hands‑on leadership experience with Firewall (NGFW), CASB, NAC, WAF, DNS / DDI, Proxy solutions
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust, Secure Access, Cloud Networking, and Internet Exposure Management
• Experience in large‑scale enterprise or group‑level cybersecurity environments
• Ability to translate business risk into practical network security controls
