Associate Manager - Business Finance
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support for initiatives like BI, BPC, BPT etc.
- Maximize use of BI as decision support tool.
- Matching of BPC data with SAP for Services.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing accounts as per regulatory requirement as per Provision of CERC and MERC & Customer Reconciliation.
- Assisting with Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, VAT Audit & Tax Audit in timely manner as per listing requirement.
- Assisting with Project Budget preparation and timely submission of MIS with Variance Analysis.
- Service Budget figures entering in BPC & Reconciliation with SAP.
- Obtaining CA/Auditors certificates for Lenders & for Regulatory.
- Assisting with Financial Closure.
- Assisting in Capitalization of New Projects at the time of COD.
- Sustainability Reporting.
- Project Budgeting & MIS of Budget Vs. Actual.
- Capitalization of Project & CAPEX Items.
- Preparation of Line wise separate Financial for Regulatory, Submission to MERC & CERC.
- Revenue Reconciliation with CERC & MERC.
- Sales Tax Assessment of MEGPTCL & Application of VAT Refund etc.
- BPC Service Budget & Reconciliation with SAP Data.
- Reports retrieved from BI Module.
- Weekly Payment MIS of all SPVs.
- Filing of Monthly ECB Return for Foreign Loan
- Compliance of Legatrix.
- Financial Closing activities (like Provision, JVs for Rectification, transfer of advance, Project vendor Reconciliation etc.).
- Obtaining CA/Auditors Certificates for disbursement and regulatory compliances.
Educational Qualification:
- Strong Accounts Knowledge, Control Over SAP Fico, PS Module & BI/BOC Tools & Advanced Excel, Fundamental Knowledge of Taxation, Update on Accounting Standards.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, Coordination & Training to peers.
- Control over SAP FICO/BPC/BI/BPT/PS Module for Generating various MIS.
- Control Over Advance Excel for Various MIS.
- Update on Taxation matters etc.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements.
Experience:
- 3 to 7 Years' relevant experience.
