Associate Manager - Human Resources
Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Management • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and onboarding. • Partner with Business Units to understand manpower requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines. • Ensure closure of positions within defined TATs while maintaining quality benchmarks. Sourcing & Screening • Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels. • Screen profiles against role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates. • Conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fit, compensation expectations, and availability. Interview Coordination • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members. • Ensure smooth interview logistics and timely feedback collection. • Maintain proper documentation of interview assessments. Offer Management & Salary Negotiation • Manage salary discussions and negotiations in line with internal parity and compensation guidelines. • Prepare and roll out offers through Oracle system. • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and offer releases.
Pre-Employment Checks & Onboarding • Coordinate pre-employment medical checks and background verification (BGV) with GCC team. • Track completion of all pre-joining formalities and ensure joining readiness of candidates. • Act as SPOC between candidate, GCC team, and business during onboarding. MIS & Data Insights • Prepare and publish recruitment MIS reports for Business Units. • Track key recruitment metrics such as open positions, closures, aging, source mix, and TAT. • Generate data insights and dashboards to support decision-making and workforce planning. Stakeholder Management & Compliance • Maintain strong coordination with BU stakeholders, GCC team, and HR colleagues. • Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, systems, and audit requirements. • Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within Talent Acquisition. |
Qualifications
| Educational Qualification: |
MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources or equivalent. |

Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
