Associate Manager OT Security

Responsibilities

• Implement OT security architecture, policies, and technical safeguards.
• Supervise OT security monitoring, incident response, and log analysis.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Coordinate security awareness sessions for plant personnel.
• Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and compliance reporting.
• Support technical proposal building and GTM activities.
• Customer interaction and project management.

Coordination of mid to large size OT cyber projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, PLC, DCS, and industrial protocols.
• 6–10 years in OT security or industrial cybersecurity roles.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security systems
