Associate Manager - Technology

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies.
• Design, develop, and execute functional test cases (manual and/or automated).
• Identify, record, and track bugs to closure.
• Perform regression, integration, and sanity testing.
• Contribute to building and maintaining a robust automation test suite.
• Work closely with the automation team to expand automation coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Utilize test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar).
• Apply basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Use bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
• Conduct API testing with tools like Postman.

Qualifications

Experience Required: 4–6 years

Education: Preferably BE/BTech/BIT/MCA/BCA
