Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Strategy: Develop and implement risk-based audit plans in accordance with Ind AS and internal policies.
• Engagement Oversight: Lead end-to-end audit lifecycles, including scoping, fieldwork, and final reporting for statutory and internal audits.
• Stakeholder Management: Present audit findings and risk mitigation strategies to the Audit Committee and Executive Board.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior auditors, ensuring high-quality documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Process Automation: Drive the use of data analytics (e.g., ACL, IDEA) and automation tools to enhance audit efficiency and fraud detection.
• Compliance: Ensure the organization remains compliant with the Companies Act 2013 and emerging 2025/2026 regulatory requirements.
• Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in SAP, Tally, and Advanced Excel. Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and internal control systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digitally-evolving environment.
