🔧 Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects

Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, layout plans, and technical drawings

Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, quality standards, and timelines

Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues

Ensure safety compliance and adherence to government regulations

Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), project documentation, and reports

🎓 Skills & Requirements

ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Mandatory knowledge of AutoCAD

Basic understanding of structural drawings, construction materials, and site execution

Familiarity with MS Project or other construction management tools is a plus

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn and work on-site
