Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead management, customer inquiries, test rides, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Generate prospects from showroom walk-ins and telephone inquiries
• Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details
• Demonstrate scooters to potential customers
• Conduct test rides and effectively convert them into final sales
• Address customer queries regarding scooter specifications, delivery time, pricing, and finance options
• Close sales and follow up with customers as needed

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Percentage of test ride completion from scheduled test rides
• Percentage of sales conversion from completed test rides
• Process adherence with no deviation from standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure a high level of customer experience with no negative feedback
• Customer experience (CX) rating

RequirementsRequirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in 2W or 4W dealership, retail, insurance, finance, or banking preferred
• 12th pass/Graduation/Diploma
• Must have a valid driving license and be proficient in driving
• Excellent communication skills
