Job Description

Job Description: Spare Parts Manager (Automobile)Manage spare parts inventory, stock levels, and ordering

  • Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop operations
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors
  • Handle GRN, billing, warranty parts, and returns
  • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts
  • Maintain records in DMS / inventory systems
  • Control inventory costs, losses, and ageing stock

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years experience in automobile spare parts management
  • Experience in dealership or multi-brand workshop
  • Knowledge of DMS, inventory control, and MS Excel
