Job Description
Job Description: Spare Parts Manager (Automobile)Manage spare parts inventory, stock levels, and ordering
- Ensure timely availability of parts for workshop operations
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and vendors
- Handle GRN, billing, warranty parts, and returns
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving parts
- Maintain records in DMS / inventory systems
- Control inventory costs, losses, and ageing stock
Requirements:
- 3–8 years experience in automobile spare parts management
- Experience in dealership or multi-brand workshop
- Knowledge of DMS, inventory control, and MS Excel
