### *Role Overview*
The Team Member – ND will be responsible for expanding and managing the Independent Financial Advisor (IFA) network to drive mutual fund sales and overall business growth. The role involves onboarding new IFAs, strengthening existing relationships, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

### *Key Responsibilities*
* Identify, acquire, and onboard new Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to expand the distribution network.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with IFAs to drive consistent mutual fund sales.
* Conduct regular meetings, training programs, and product update sessions to enhance IFA engagement and product knowledge.
* Achieve assigned sales targets through IFAs by providing appropriate product solutions and business development support.
* Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements during IFA onboarding and transactions.
* Track IFA productivity, monitor performance metrics, and ensure timely resolution of operational or service-related issues.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to provide seamless operational, service, and sales support to IFAs.
* Stay updated with regulatory guidelines, market trends, and competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.

### *Eligibility Criteria*
* *Education:* Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred).
* *Experience:* 3–8 years of experience in Mutual Fund distribution, IFA management, ND sales, or wealth distribution.
* *Industry Exposure:* Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Broking Houses, Wealth Management Firms, or Distribution Houses.
* *Certifications:* AMFI (Mandatory).
* *Skills Required:*
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Business development and sales orientation
* Understanding of mutual fund products and distribution models
* Knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple IFAs
