Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can actively communicate with EPC companies, solar installers, and distributors to promote Rayzon DCR Solar Panels and Havells Solar Inverters.

Your job is to build strong relationships, share pricing/offers, follow up consistently, and help them close orders smoothly.

  • 🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • 1. Lead Generation & Outreach
  • Make daily calls to EPC companies and solar installers.
  • Share company profile, product details, price lists, and offers.
  • Connect through WhatsApp, email, and follow-up calls.
  • Maintain a strong B2B pipeline in CRM.


  • 2. Product Sales & SupportPromote
  • Rayzon DCR Solar Panels and Havells GTI Inverters.
  • Share customer-specific price, scheme, and discount options.
  • Explain product features, warranties, certifications, and benefits.
  • Support EPC companies during BOQ/quotation preparation.


  • 3. Relationship Management
  • Regular follow-ups with existing EPC accounts.
  • Maintain healthy relations, understand their needs, and assist them.
  • Build strong long-term relationship for repeat business.


  • 4. Coordination & Reporting
  • Coordinate with internal purchase/logistics team for order updates.
  • Maintain daily calling/follow-up report.
  • Update CRM for all communication and opportunities.


  • Weekly reporting to Sales Manager.


  • 🎓 Qualifications12th / Graduate / Diploma / MBA (preferred).


  • 1–3 years experience in Solar B2B Sales / Channel Sales.
  • Freshers with good communication & energy can also apply.


  • 💡 Skills Required


  • Excellent communication on phone + WhatsApp + email
  • Basic understanding of solar panels & inverters
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work with targets
  • CRM usage knowledge (preferred)
