Job Description
-Handle customer enquiries received via email, phone, or online portals
-Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients
-Follow up with customers for order confirmation
-Process Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain proper documentation
-Coordinate with internal teams (sales, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
-Track order status and ensure timely delivery to customers
-Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel sheets
-Communicate regularly with clients to resolve queries and provide updates
-Support in payment follow-ups and collections
-Handle tender processes and portals (e.g., GeM) if applicable
-Assist the sales team in achieving targets by providing backend support
