Job Description

1. Technical Quoting & Proposal PrepIn automation, you aren’t just selling "widgets"; you’re often selling systems (PLCs, HMIs, Sensors, or Robotics).

  • BoQ Creation: Preparing Bills of Quantities based on technical drawings or salesperson notes.
  • Pricing Analysis: Calculating margins and applying discounts based on dealership or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) price lists.
  • Sourcing: Contacting vendors for third-party components that aren't part of your standard catalog.
  • 2. Lead Management & CRMQualifying Leads: Filtering incoming inquiries to see if they meet the technical capability of the company.
  • Data Integrity: Keeping the CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) updated so the "Front Office" knows exactly where a deal stands.
  • Follow-ups: Nudging clients on sent quotes to move them toward a Purchase Order (PO).
  • 3. Order Processing & CoordinationPO Verification: Ensuring the customer’s Purchase Order matches the quoted technical specifications.
  • Supply Chain Liaison: Working with the warehouse or production team to provide customers with accurate Lead Times.
  • Documentation: Handling Export/Import documents, Test Certificates, or Warranty cards.
