Job Description

· Maintain and update records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)

· Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans

· Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams

· Manage emails, calls, and general office correspondence

· Maintain stock records and inventory levels

· Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials properly

· Issue materials as per requirement and maintain records

· Conduct regular stock verification and audits

Required Skills:

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations

· Good organizational and multitasking skills

· Basic understanding of inventory/store management

· Communication and coordination skills
