Back Office Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support business operations. The role involves managing backend processes, coordinating with clients, following up with new customers, handling deal-related communication, and maintaining professional email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily back-office operations and administrative tasks

Maintain and update records, data, and reports accurately

Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth workflow

Customer Follow-up:

Follow up with new and existing customers regarding inquiries and services

Ensure timely response to customer queries and maintain relationships

Track leads and update CRM regularly

Deal Handling:

Assist in closing deals by coordinating with clients and internal teams

Prepare quotations, proposals, and required documents

Ensure proper documentation and follow-up until deal closure

Email Communication:

Handle professional email communication with clients and internal teams

Respond to customer queries via email in a timely manner

Draft and send proposals, follow-ups, and service updates

Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Customer handling and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)

0–3 years of experience in back office / customer support / admin
