Back Office Executive

Role: Executive - Client Service (Backoffice)

What is the role objective?

- To be able to execute all client service functions

- Acceptance & filling up applications, client queries and complaints. Proper scrutiny & other quality checks for an application form.

- Should be able to handle inbound/ outbound calls.

- Administration related work/ correspondence

- Ability to coordinate with Various Associated Partners

- Coordination with Sales team and resolving their queries.

- Assist the team leader/ reporting manager in making presentations, MIS etc.

What skills do you need to possess?

- Positive attitude and disciplined approach.

- Good communication skills.

- Desire to learn and excel.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office

What is the prior experience expected?

- 2-4 years. Preferably from Mutual Fund Background or from Banks

- Freshers also welcomed with right attitude

What qualification you should have?

Graduate

Based on Existing Pay, as per Industry standard & Experience (Upto 20k/month)
