Job Summary :

The Operations Executive will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing activities, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, sales team, and financial institutions. The role requires accuracy, compliance adherence, and strong organizational skills.

*Key Responsibilities* :

- Handle complete loan processing cycle from application to disbursement

- Verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)

- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status updates

- Maintain and update customer records in CRM/software

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines

- Follow up with clients for pending documents and process completion

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily/weekly basis

- Resolve operational issues and customer queries efficiently

- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely processing of cases

*Required Skills* :

- Strong communication and coordination skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM tools)

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

*Qualifications* :

- Graduate in any field
