About the RoleWe are looking for a meticulous and organized Back-Office Executive to manage the critical "engine room" of our lending process. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of loan files—from the moment a lead is closed by the sales team to the final successful disbursement of funds. Your goal is to ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and the fastest possible Turnaround Time (TAT).

  • Key Responsibilities1. Loan File Processing & VerificationCollect and organize all customer documents (KYC, income proofs, bank statements, property papers).
  • Scrutinize and verify the authenticity of all documents before submission to Banks/NBFCs.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information in loan applications and coordinate with the Sales Team for rectification.
  • 2. Coordination & LiasoningAct as the primary point of contact between our consultancy, the credit managers at banks, and the sales team.
  • Follow up daily with bank credit teams to track the status of logged files (Login -> Sanction -> Disbursement).
  • Update the internal CRM or Excel trackers with real-time status updates for every file.
  • 3. Disbursement ManagementPrepare the final disbursement kit (signed agreements, PDCs, insurance forms).
  • Ensure all "Pre-Disbursement Conditions" (PDCs) set by the lender are met.
  • Confirm the successful transfer of funds to the client’s account and close the file in the internal system.
  • 4. MIS & ReportingMaintain accurate daily reports of logged, sanctioned, and disbursed cases.
  • Manage physical and digital filing systems to ensure data security and easy retrieval.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in back-office operations, preferably in an NBFC, Bank, or Loan Consultancy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic computer operations is mandatory.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in complex financial documents.
  • Communication: Strong professional communication for coordinating with bank officials.
