Back Office Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling financial transactions, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all Mutual Fund and Equity Stock Market transactions for clients with complete accuracy.

• Accurately enter, update, and manage data in company systems.

• Organize and maintain company documents, records, and files.

• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

• Use strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and build positive professional relationships.

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and punctuality in all financial records and documentation.

• Upload images, create basic content, and execute promotional activities on social media platforms.

• Stay open to new technologies, innovations, regulations, and procedures, and adapt as required.

Qualification

• Any Graduate (Finance background preferred but not mandatory)

Salary

• ₹10,000 to ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
