Job Description
- Sales Support
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Prepare and send sales reports to management.
- Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or messages.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Order Processing
- Enter and manage customer orders in the system.
- Coordinate with logistics or dispatch teams for timely delivery.
- Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Manage invoices, purchase orders, and sales contracts.
- Data Management
- Update daily sales data and prepare MIS reports.
- Track sales targets and performance.
- Coordination
- Coordinate between sales, accounts, and warehouse departments.
- Support field sales executives with required information.
- Payment Follow-up
- Track pending payments from customers.
- Send payment reminders when required.
- Skills RequiredGood communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office
