Back Office Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and patient-friendly individuals to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will assist patients with hearing aid trials, provide guidance, and ensure a positive patient experience. No prior experience is required – comprehensive training will be provided for hearing aid handling and patient interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in understanding hearing aid trials and usage.
• Provide basic guidance and support during patient visits.
• Collect patient feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Attend field visits at branch or patient locations as required.
• Learn device handling and fitting basics through structured training.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, patient-oriented, and professional attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
