Job Title: Back Office Executive – E-commerce & Sales Support

Location: Pan India (Office-based / Hybrid / As per company requirement)

Job Description


History Lifestyle is a premium fragrance and aroma solutions brand. We are looking for a Back Office Executive who can efficiently manage e-commerce orders, handle sales leads, and support daily operations across multiple online platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Order & Portal Management

• Manage and process orders on Shopify, Amazon, and other sales portals

• Coordinate with logistics partners (Shiprocket, courier partners, etc.)

• Track shipments, handle returns, RTOs, and customer order issues

• Maintain accurate order and inventory records


Sales & Lead Management

• Generate leads through WhatsApp, calls, emails, and online inquiries

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales

• Handle customer queries professionally and close deals

• Maintain lead data and sales reports


Customer & Backend Support

• Respond to customer messages, emails, and calls

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment

• Update product listings, pricing, and offers when required

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar portals

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required)

• Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in closing leads

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email)

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented


Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in D2C or e-commerce brands

• Familiarity with Shiprocket or logistics dashboards

• Experience in fragrance, lifestyle, or luxury products
