Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily operations. The candidate will be responsible for data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
  • Generate reports and maintain MIS data
  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational support
  • Manage emails and internal communication
  • Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Experience:

  • Fresher or 0–2 years of experience preferred
