Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage day-to-day back-office operations and administrative activities

• Maintain and update records of purchase orders, invoices, dispatch details, and other documentation

• Coordinate with production, stores, accounts, and vendors for smooth workflow

• Prepare MIS reports, data entries, and maintain records in MS Excel

• Monitor and update inventory and stock details regularly

• Handle email communication, follow-ups, and vendor coordination

• Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital)

• Provide operational and documentation support to management
