Salary: 20,000-35,000/month (depending on skills & experience)


Job Timings:- Monday to Saturday: from 06:30am to 03:30pm

About the Role:

We are looking for detail-oriented Back Office Executives to join our team. You will be responsible for handling client documents, filling application forms, reliable coordination between clients, internal teams, and external authorities. This role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, and process discipline.


This is a back-office coordination role - perfect for candidates who are good with forms, documents, and clear communication.


Required Skillset:


  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good command over MS Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Effective email and letter drafting skills
  • Computer proficiency & Internet Savvy

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle office documentation, data entry, record management, and file organization
  • Fill application forms on govt. portals
  • Manage client records (digital) with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate with clients for document collection, verification, and follow-ups
  • Prepare and format letters, declarations, forms, and reports
  • Maintain trackers, spreadsheets, and reports
  • Handle email communication and basic client correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines
  • Support senior staff in administrative and operational tasks
