Job Description

Tele caller Executive :- Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service. Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Understanding Client’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal. Keeping the client database maintained and updated. Taking and processing orders accurately. Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information. Maintaining the database of the client on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements. Back Office Executive :- conducting data entry activities. Conduct market analysis. offering administrative support Maintaining the database of the client on a regular basis. Taking calls, and producing reports and presentations Collaborate and assist the sales team. Supporting the Front Office staff.
