Back Office Executive

Handle back-office operations and provide administrative support to front-office and management teams

Perform drafting of emails, letters, notices, and internal documents

Maintain and update accounts using Tally (entries, ledgers, vouchers, basic reconciliations)

Prepare, manage, and analyze data using MS Excel (basic formulas, reports, data entry)

Conduct verification of documents including invoices, bills, and supporting records

Assist in generation, checking, and basic compliance of E-Way Bills

Maintain proper filing (physical & digital) of documents and records

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments through email and phone communication

Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks

Support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements as needed
